YUEN Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") provides the iOS application EARDOG (the "App"). This policy explains how information is handled in the App.

This policy applies to the App. For information about our business practices generally, see our company privacy policy.

1. Summary

EARDOG stores the content you save on your own device.

We do not collect your personal information through the App. URLs you save, along with their titles, descriptions, thumbnail images, and the lists you create, are stored only on your device. This data is never transmitted to our servers.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

The App stores the following on your device. We cannot access any of it.

• URLs you share to the App or enter manually
• Titles, descriptions, and images retrieved from the public pages at those URLs
• Lists and saved search terms you create
• Your app settings

Deleting Your Data

Deleting the App removes all of this data from your device. You can also delete individual items at any time within the App.

iCloud Backup

You can choose whether to include the App's data in your device's iCloud backup. This choice is offered when you first open the App and can be changed at any time in Settings.

If you include it, the data is stored in iCloud and handled under Apple's privacy policy. We have no access to your iCloud backup.

3. Connections to Third-Party Websites

To display the title and image of a link you save, the App connects directly from your device to that website. This connection does not pass through our servers.

As with any web browsing, the operator of that website may receive your device's IP address and browser identification (User-Agent). We do not receive or retain this information.

4. Analytics and Advertising

The App contains no analytics tools, no tracking, and no advertising.

5. Information from Apple

The App is distributed through the App Store. Apple may provide us with aggregate statistics such as download counts and crash reports. This information is aggregated and does not identify individual users.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. As described above, we do not collect personal information from any user through the App.

7. Your Rights

Because we do not collect or store your personal information, we hold no data about you to access, correct, delete, or export. All of your data remains under your control on your own device.

8. Paid Features

We plan to offer an optional paid cloud sync feature in a future version. That feature will involve an email address and storing data on our servers, and we will update this policy before it becomes available.

Nothing in this section applies to the free version of the App.

9. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not share your information with third parties. We may disclose information where required by law; however, as described above, we hold no user information that could be disclosed.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice within the App or on this website. Changes take effect when posted here.
